Every New Year offers the chance for each of us to set new personal goals to make us healthier happier or more productive. In 2016, we hope that our company will help you reach all your intended goals this year.

Last week the Internal Revenue Service announced that they will begin accepting individual electronic returns on Tuesday, January 19, 2016. Our office will be accepting tax documentation as soon as next week. However, we will not be able to transmit taxes to the IRS until January 19th.

The filing deadline to submit 2015 tax returns is Monday, April 18, 2016 . However, my office will be sending extension for our clients if we do not have your taxes ready by this deadline.

We are required to have all year-end statements in hand before we file your taxes. These forms include forms W-2 from employers, forms 1099 from banks and other payers, and form 1095-A from the marketplace for those claiming the premium tax credit. If you are an owner or a partner of a S corporation or Partnership you will need to have forms K-1 from that corporation.

We will be sending tax organizer as soon as next week. We understand that this is a very strestful process but rest assured that we will guide you from the collection of the documents to the final filing of your tax return.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the preparation of your tax return, please feel free to call me.

We are here for you!!!
